(This is a Victoria Sponge with this frosting. I had no cream (shocking, I know) and no icing sugar, so made this. Light, fluffy and sweet, but not too sweet)
I felt we really needed a cake today. Happily, that coincided with me really needing to make a cake…
I also added some more things into my Etsy shop: a heart print and swaddled babies… (Three more Angel art cards and two more art cards hopefully will make their way into my shop tomorrow)
