I uploaded lots of goodies to Etsy today: original paintings (I’m doing a de-stash);
and some that were illustrative ideas to make into cards (packs of 3) Find them here!
And I’ve more delights to upload over the next day or two… These swaddled babies, oh, I do love them… And so do my children… so I’ve made around twelve in the past two weeks! These babies have been carefully hidden away so that they weren’t adopted ahead of time 😉
There are two little twins, curled up together:
…and these four: they all come with their own little pod made from a recycled 100% Irish wool blanket:
… And!! Should you decide you would like to have a go at making these, I’ll have a detailed tutorial coming soon (photographs taken, just need to find the time to articulate myself sufficiently to make sense 😉 )
I love the paintings, cards, & especially the babies. You are so talented!
The swaddled babies!!!! They are just so beautiful….it’s how I imagine your babies, swaddled, loved and utterly content looking x
All beautiful, the originals are very vibrant. Looking forward to your tutorial but might have to watch from the sidelines on this one, I think I’d be a little out of my depth!
Joanna, they are SO simple. Very little sewing and easily found materials! I’ll try write it as simply as possible!!
Elizabeth, my mil is a great swaddle-er, the babies always pushed free from my limp attempts 🙂 this is me living my fantasy!!
Thank you Erin! Xxx
You are KILLING me with these babies. I NEED those twins in my life to match the other twins in my life. You are so talented. I can’t wait for the tutorial, though I fear, like Joanna, they might be a little beyond my skill level!
Ha! Sadhbh, not a hope, they are super simple! Coming soon…. 🙂
What gorgeous goodies, every one… you are so talented!
Thanks Naomi! X
