Yum… we have been having many pancakes for lunch this week- Maple Syrup is liberally applied in this house but I must say I favour (real) butter and a sprinkling of sugar…
And in the afternoon I photographed these gorgeous handmade dolls, made by Orlaith, who is only ten, for our Handmade Weekend… a quick sneak preview!:
I really love these, and just wait until you read the descriptions on each! I’m hoping to upload these tomorrow, along with our beautiful, heirloom quality blankets, corsages and patchwork cushions. While I was photographing these, our little button sat on the window sill on the lookout for cats outside…
spotting one cheekily wandering past…!
And keeping to a theme, as ever!! -I’m trying to use up the remainder of our courgettes from the polytunnel, so tonight I stir-fried an onion, with garlic and a little steak mince in olive oil. I added courgette sliced carrot and peas, then liberally sprinkled with Worcester Sauce… Yum-de-dum-yum!
